What is the cycle to work scheme?

The Cycle-to-work is a Government tax incentive aimed at encouraging employees to use bikes for cycling to work. It covers bicycles and accessories up to EUR 1,000. If employee is on the top rate tax and full EUR 1,000 is spent, you can make a saving of EUR 490.

The maximum amount  covered by the cycle to work scheme:EUR 1,000
Higher rate taxpayer: 41% Tax + 6% PRSI + 4% Levies = 51%

Basic rate taxpayer: 20% Tax + 6% PRSI + 4% Levies = 30%

We do the first full service completely free of charge and make sure that wear & tear items are replaced if needed. All our bikes are covered by a full manufacturers warranty and our engineers are trained to repair or replace any such items.
