We will be introducing measures to limit the spread of coronavirus while working together, our business will continue to support Irish electric bike riders seeking a new bike or need of service or advice.
We are making specific changes in our operations including:
-Revised Opening Hours – 12-5pm Monday-Friday
-Increased in store cleaning procedures
– Private test rides in store or at home
– Free delivery of a new bike within
the Dublin area
– Phone or video eBike consultations (on request)
Specifically we are taking the following steps to keep our stores safe following guidelines from the HSE:
– Ensuring our staff have support and resources so that they stay healthy to support their well-being and the health of their families
hand washing and disinfectant dispensers in each store
– Disinfecting demo bikes and helmets between test rides
– Disinfecting phones, keyboard, card terminals till, between each contact
– Disinfecting service bikes before delivery back to customers
– We will be monitoring all situations in adopting best practices we ask you for your support in helping to maintain and enjoyable environment
