We have all been through some very strange, & at times difficult weeks. We have just heard the news that we’re in for another three at least. We would like to extend a warm thank you to our customers & the community around the shop for your continued support, & of course to our staff who have been diligently working around the clock to keep us operating effectively from behind closed doors.
We have been hard at work re-thinking & re-shaping how our business model operates, in order to keep providing our customers with the highest level of service & best possible experience, that you have come to expect from GreenAer.
In addition to our phone, email, & video consultations, we have introduced free at-home delivery, test spins, & workshop collections to ensure that you can get rolling with your new e-bike – or keep rolling on your existing one! Be it a method of commuting to work without the need for public transport, or simply as a tool to leave the house once a day, the e-bike has proved itself a fantastic companion in these very strange times. So, we highly encourage you to make use of yours – use it to explore your 2km radius, & get your daily dose of fresh air & exercise!
We are delighted to see all of the feedback that we’ve received from those of you who are making great use of their e-bike during the current restrictions as a method of improving daily life, & to de-stress in this otherwise very stressful time – that is the type of attitude which will see us all through to the other side!!
We will continue to innovate & come up with better solutions to allow us to continue to supply & service our e-bikes, & in turn help you to carry on riding, & living your life.
