If you wish to return a product please email us within 7 days of receiving the products(s) stating the reason for returning it and whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange or a refund of the item.
It is not possible to refund Riese & Muller’s as they are custom orders.
As website purchases are made through Paypal or BOI, so too are refunds. Once the product has been returned and checked that it is unmarked and in a saleable condition we will contact you to let you know that the refund process has been initiated. Delivery or Collection
Delivery times vary for different e-bikes, and we receive weekly updates from manufacturers on availability, but in the meantime please contact us to receive a delivery estimate. Once your e-bike is in store we deliver withing 3 working days of placing your order.
We offer two shipping options:
Option #1: pick the bike up from our Dublin shop (free)
Option #2: have the bike delivered to you 90% assembled (€150)
We ship anywhere in Ireland for a flat fee of €150.
Once we receive your order, our workshop assembles the e-bike and tests it to make sure it’s in tiptop shape before shipping it onto you. This is also when we would install any additional accessories or modifications you’ve ordered. Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number and keep you up-to-date every step of the way.
