Returns
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we operate a 14-day cooling-off returns policy on online purchases that are still in their original condition.
To qualify for a return:
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt or invoice.
- Goods must be unused and in their original manufacturer’s packaging.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us safely.
The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to: in-store purchases (where you can inspect and test ride before buying), goods bought on finance or with Cycle to Work vouchers, and special orders or items customised to your specification.
Refunds are made via your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Where returned goods show handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a store, a deduction may be made in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Warranty
As a general rule, your e-bike carries a 2-year warranty on the eBike system (battery, motor, head unit) and a 2-year warranty on the frame — this varies slightly by brand, and some brands offer extended warranty on registration. If a covered fault develops, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, supported by our own certified workshop.
Normal wear items (chains, tyres, tubes, brake pads, sprockets and similar), accident damage, incorrect assembly, neglect or unauthorised repairs are not covered.
Faulty goods
If you think your goods are faulty, please contact us before returning them — some manufacturers require items to be sent directly to them. Please return faulty goods in a clean condition.
