Carla Cargo – eCARLA electric trailer

Carla Cargo eCarla is a uniquely designed 3 wheeled trailer that can be towed behind any bicycle via a seat post attached hitch. Its simple and easy-but-secure bracket allows the user to unhitch the trailer in seconds, so it becomes a hand-cart in areas not so suitable for cycling or for people unable to cycle.

Ordering an eCARLA

Step 1: eCARLA

We offer two eCARLA variants,both have a high-quality ILU lighting system, hydraulic overrun brake and
differ in the rear wheels. For applications with a permanent maximum load, we recommend the CARLA
[SMG_HP_720] with “Samagaga” cast aluminum rims.

Controller: all eCARLAs are equipped with the new, more powerful controller
Akku: We currently only offer the 720 Wh battery from AES. eCARLA variants for 1440 Wh can be produced on
request.

Sensor set: Each towing bike must be equipped with a sensor set consisting of hand throttle, magnetic disk and
sensor.
