Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

14-day returns on unused online orders in original packaging — plus a 2-year manufacturer warranty on frame, motor and battery, backed by our own certified workshop.

Returns

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we operate a 14-day cooling-off returns policy on online purchases that are still in their original condition.

To qualify for a return:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, with the original receipt or invoice.
  • Goods must be unused and in their original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are returned to us safely.

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to: in-store purchases (where you can inspect and test ride before buying), goods bought on finance or with Cycle to Work vouchers, and special orders or items customised to your specification.

Refunds are made via your original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Where returned goods show handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a store, a deduction may be made in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Warranty

As a general rule, your e-bike carries a 2-year warranty on the eBike system (battery, motor, head unit) and a 2-year warranty on the frame — this varies slightly by brand, and some brands offer extended warranty on registration. If a covered fault develops, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, supported by our own certified workshop.

Normal wear items (chains, tyres, tubes, brake pads, sprockets and similar), accident damage, incorrect assembly, neglect or unauthorised repairs are not covered.

Faulty goods

If you think your goods are faulty, please contact us before returning them — some manufacturers require items to be sent directly to them. Please return faulty goods in a clean condition.

Flexible cargo and passenger transport

The rear rack supports up to 65 kg, while the standard front luggage carrier adds 5 kg of extra space. Carry up to two children on the Safety Bar kitor use the Passenger Kit for older kids and adults. Weather covers and protective seating keep passengers comfortable and safe year-round.

Vario – Enviolo Hub & Carbon Belt Drive

The Vario option uses the Enviolo continuously variable hub paired with a low-maintenance carbon belt. Enjoy smooth, stepless shifting – even under load or at a standstill – with quiet, grease-free operation ideal for stop-start urban riding and minimal upkeep.

Mixte frame – Easier mounting, same capability

The Mixte frame features a lower trapeze crossbar, making mounting and dismounting easier without compromising strength, stability, or cargo capacity. Ideal for riders who prefer greater accessibility while retaining full functionality.
