How It Works: The Step-by-Step Trade-In Guide
Step 1: Estimate & Select Your Future E-Bike
- Use our Trade-In Calculator for an initial price estimate of your current bike.
- Choose your dream e-bike model from GreenAer. Not sure which one? Schedule an in-store test ride here.
🔥 Note: Quotes are valid for 15 days, and this special offer runs from November 1st to November 12th.
Step 2: Finalize Your Trade-In Price
After agreeing on a final trade-in price with our sales team, we’ll move on to the next steps.
⚠️ Note: A non-refundable 150-euro fee is required at this point to cover handling and logistics.
Step 3: Pay Excess Invoice & Reserve Your New Bike
After finalizing the trade-in price, you’ll be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, your new bike is officially reserved for you!
Step 4: Double the Savings with Cycle to Work
You can combine this fabulous deal with the Cycle to Work scheme for extra financial benefits!
Step 5: Ready, Set, Ride!
If your chosen new e-bike is in stock, it will be available for pick-up at the end of November. Make sure your old bike is in trade-ready condition, complete with keys and charger.
Step 6: Got a Non-GreenAer Bike? No Problem!
Simply provide a proof of purchase, and you’re good to go.
