As a commitment to our customers. Our workshops only service electric bikes purchased from GreenAer.

At GreenAer, we are passionate about what we do and want to keep you cycling safely and smoothly for as long as possible on your ebike! Proper maintenance is key to this and we believe that prevention is better than cure!

We have fully equipped workshops with the latest equipment, all operated by our team of experienced mechanics on site 5 days a week. This ensures, where possible, a fast turnaround of your repair or service. However, during busy periods this can run longer. Our mechanics will contact you directly by email, sms or phone when the work is completed, or if there is something we need to discuss with you regarding the ebike.

Standard eBike Service €85.00

Note: repairs labour and parts cost is not included, we will quote & call you first, eCargo bike cost is €140.00*

Ideally performed twice a year on daily commuters or once If using Gates Belt Drive. This service includes basic maintenance, checks, and adjustments that extend the life of components on your bike.

  • Safety Check (frame, fork check, belt tension & bolt torque check),
  • Frame wipe down,
  • Wheel true,
  • Drivetrain service (gear and brake),
  • E-System Updates,
  • Oil + Air,
  • Test Ride

*eCargo bike service adds specific labour requirements, like steering rod alignment etc.

Comprehensive Bike Service €155.00

Note: repairs labour and parts cost is not included, we will quote & call you first, eCargo bike cost is €230.00*

Ideally performed on heavy-use eBikes. This service includes advanced maintenance, checks, and adjustments that extend the life of components on your bike.

  • Safety Check (frame, fork check, belt tension & bolt torque check),
  • Headset, hubs service,
  • Preventative care
  • Frame wipe down,
  • Wheel true,
  • Drivetrain service (gear and brake),
  • E-System Updates,
  • Oil + Air,
  • Test Ride

*eCargo bike service adds specific labour requirements, like steering rod alignment, both headsets, etc.

Other Service or Repair and Emergencies

  • Other services, emergencies and repairs are priced upon inspection, we will quote & call you first before commencing any work. Please contact us to discuss your specific issue first at 085 221 6706. Do not wait till your booking time. It can cause more issues to your ebike.

Inspection for purposes of a Warranty Claim

  • Electrical Issues with your new eBike? No worries, If it’s within 2 years of purchase it will most likely be covered under warranty. Contact us asap at 085 221 6706

First Safety Check

  • Mandatory Inspection of your brand new eBike/eCargo. Free within 400-500km or the first 3 months, whichever comes first. €85 after. Safety Check (frame, fork check, belt tension & bolt torque check). Mind, safety check is not a service, neither includes repairs or replacements to wear and tear parts (likes of tubes, tyres, brake pads, rotors, wires, cables and others.)
