After agreeing on a final trade-in price with our sales team, we’ll move on to the next steps. Like choosing your dream e-bike model from GreenAer. Not sure which one? Schedule an in-store test ride here. After finalizing the trade-in price, you’ll be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. Once paid, your new bike is officially reserved for you!
⚠️ A non-refundable €150 (ex VAT) service fee is required to cover handling and logistics.
A couple of points to know:
- You can combine this fabulous deal with the Cycle to Work scheme for extra financial benefits!
- Make sure your old eBike is in trade-ready condition, functional, clean, and complete with keys, battery, and charger. Any repairs required will be charged as per usual workshop rates.
- Proof of purchase will be required for non-GreenAer customers.
- Bosch powered eBikes are preferred, we reserve the right to refuse any eBikes.
- Throttle, modified, or S-Pedelec ebikes are not eligible.
