A new store, our new normal, and online appointments

As we begin to ease restrictions, & look forward to shaping what the “new normal” will look like, we have been hard at work preparing to open our Cork City store, tweaking our in-store Covid procedures, & perfecting our new online booking system!

New in-store policies

We’re excited to open up our stores again – but to ensure that we all stay as safe as possible as we reopen our shopfloor to the public, we have some new in-store procedures. Only one customer at a time can be on our shop floor – we have marked out appropriate spaces to queue outside if needs be.

To facilitate this, we have introduced an all-new booking system! Walk-in’s are not guaranteed entry, so we highly recommend you use our handy booking page to schedule your personalised trial online! Naturally, we are providing hand sanitiser & recommending that customers wear face coverings if possible.

For anyone who still can’t make it out to see us in-store, you can also book in for a personalised phone consultation, or let us come to you with an at-home test spin!

GreenAer Munster

Edging closer to opening day, we’ve been busy training, preparing, & getting ready to cut the ribbon on GreenAer Munster in Cork City! We can’t wait to serve the area & introduce you to our fantastic range of e-bikes.

GreenAer and a greener future

As we begin to forge ahead creating the new normal, we are encouraged by cycling & city-friendly changes such as pop-up cycle lanes, pedestrianised streets, & a stronger emphasis on cycling over private cars or public transport.

This shift in attitude will benefit us all, from those returning to the office who do not feel comfortable sharing space on the bus, to little ones who now are safer learning to cycle around their neighbourhood.
