In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are searching for ways to reduce the need for our customers to come in-store so that we can limit contact between our staff & customers, in keeping with HSE guidelines.
As a solution, we now offer a home delivery service and test cycle service at your home. We offer a 100% sustainable delivery service within Dublin by cargo trailer. A Greenaer e-bike expert will visit you at home for you to trial your pre-selected e-bikes, offering your advice and support or if for online purchases deliver and set-up your new eBike.
This saves you any unnecessary journeys, reduces contact with others, but still keeps all the friendly advice & bespoke set up you would expect in-store. Staff will observe social distancing, along with strict hygiene procedures.
This service is free of charge for any newly purchased eBike valued at over €2000.
Pick-up & drop off services and repairs are available for eBikes in our workshop, in addition to trial-at-home. These workshop services will now also be free of charge.
Particularly during the current health crisis, we feel home deliveries can be a fantastic solution for those who can not travel into the city centre. Without wishing to remove focus from what is truly important amid this pandemic – self isolating, checking in on loved ones, & most crucially, staying safe – we firmly believe the eBike has an important part to play for those who are unable to work from home, but do not wish to use public transport to commute, & in helping those who are self-isolating by enabling a means of escaping the house once a day for a solo-cycle, to enhance both physical & mental well-being.
